Cancellation and Refund Policy
At X-Verity, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, design, development, and digital solutions with clarity and accountability. Since our services involve strategic planning, creative work, consulting, and resource allocation, all cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request a project cancellation by sending a written notice to X-Verity through our official communication channels. If a cancellation request is made before the project has started, X-Verity may review the request and determine whether a partial or full refund is applicable after deducting any consultation, planning, or administrative costs already incurred.
If the project has already commenced, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be considered chargeable. This includes research, strategy, design exploration, development work, meetings, revisions, documentation, and any other effort invested by X-Verity in the execution of the project.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where the project has not yet started or where X-Verity is unable to proceed with the agreed scope due to internal limitations. Any refund, if approved, will be processed only after reviewing the project stage, scope of work completed, resources allocated, and commercial commitments already made.
Refunds will not be applicable for completed milestones, approved deliverables, partially executed work, strategic consulting, creative direction, digital assets, development tasks, or delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, unavailable resources, incomplete requirements, or lack of communication.
Advance Payments
Any advance payment made to X-Verity is treated as a confirmation of engagement and a commitment toward reserving project bandwidth, time, and resources. Once the project has been initiated, such advance payments may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the scope and progress of the work completed.
Recurring or Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as maintenance, support, retainers, subscriptions, hosting coordination, or other ongoing engagements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle begins. Once a billing cycle has started, no partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining duration of that active cycle.
Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments made toward consultation fees, discovery workshops, strategy sessions, branding exercises, design concepts, UI/UX deliverables, custom development, third-party purchases, domain or hosting services, software licenses, or any external vendor charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by X-Verity, the amount will be processed within a reasonable business period through the original mode of payment or any other mutually agreed method. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels, payment gateways, or administrative requirements.
Policy Updates
X-Verity reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revised version published on www.x-verity.com will be considered effective immediately upon posting.
