1. How to Login To My Dashboard?

Accessing your account or dashboard is usually straightforward:

  • Visit the Login page.
  • Enter your registered email address and password.
  • Click “Log In” and enter your credentials.
  • You should now be logged into your account and have access to your dashboard.

2. How Do I Verify My Account and Email Address?

When you sign up on X-Verity, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm to confirm your email address and account.

Follow these steps to verify your profile:

  • After registration, you should receive an email with a confirmation link.
  • Click on the link to verify your email address.
  • Your account will be activated once you confirm your email.
  • Check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox.

If you are still unable to find your account confirmation email or facing difficulty in confirming your account, please submit a request to our support team

3. How Do I Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, or for any other reason, need to reset it, here’s what you should do:

  • Visit the Login page.
  • Click on the “Forgot your password?” 
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
  • Follow the provided link and create a new password.

4. How Do I Update My Email Address?

If you need to update your email address, follow these steps:

  • Login and click the change email address link on the Account tab.
  • After you’ve changed your email address, we will send a confirmation email to the new address you entered. 
  • Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
  • Click the confirmation link within the email in your new email inbox to finalize the change. Once this is complete we will begin sending notifications to the new address.

5. I Can't Sign In To My Account

Having trouble signing in? Don’t worry , here’s how to troubleshoot this issue:

  • Double-check your username and password for typos.
  • Make sure the CAPS LOCK is off.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the password reset steps  
  • Ensure your account is not locked due to too many failed login attempts.
